How we approach each engagement
Every engagement at Orquine begins with an honest assessment of what your situation actually involves. We outline what we believe is required, what it will cost, and what you can expect as an outcome — before any work begins. This removes uncertainty from the start and allows you to make an informed decision about whether to proceed.
We then follow a defined process for each service area, keeping you updated throughout. On completion, you receive the agreed deliverables — whether that's a case strategy document, a compliance checklist and reviewed policies, or a witnessed document with attestation certificate.
Initial Assessment
We review your situation and explain what the engagement involves, what it will cost, and what you'll receive.
Agreed Scope & Fee
We put the scope of work and fee proposal in writing. Work begins only once you're satisfied and have confirmed your instructions.
Delivery & Follow-Up
We complete the work, deliver the agreed outputs, and remain available for follow-up questions after the engagement closes.

This advisory engagement helps you understand your obligations, identify gaps in your current documentation, and implement changes that put your business on a firm footing. It's suited to marketplace operators, direct-to-consumer sellers, and subscription businesses.

Service 03
Witnessing of Documents
Many legal documents require witnessing by a qualified legal practitioner to be effective. Our witnessing service covers contracts, deeds, statutory declarations, powers of attorney, and other formal documents intended for domestic or international use.
Before witnessing, we review the document briefly to confirm it is complete and suitable for attestation. This review protects both parties by identifying any issues that should be addressed before the document is signed. Most requests are completed within one to two business days.
What this service includes
- Document review prior to witnessing
- Professional witnessing by a qualified practitioner
- Attestation certificate on completion
- Guidance on any additional steps for foreign use

We review the document briefly and arrange a convenient time for signing to take place in our office.
Witnessing & Attestation
The document is signed in the presence of our practitioner, who then provides the attestation certificate.
